Villa Sardella is located above the seminar building and offers comfortable accommodation for 4 people during your event.
Kamilari is with its small roads and mostly old houses one of the most beautiful villages of the Messara. Besides that, it offers you several taverns & cafes, a few nice shops a fantastic view of the sunset. The area of Kamilari offers wonderful beaches, walks in the olive groves, short trips to gorges, monasteries, or the mountain range of Asterousia. You can go for horseback riding at the beach of Komos, for cooking classes in Kalamaki, or just enjoy the quiet atmosphere of the archaeological site like the Palace of Phaistos.

Additional Information

• Living Room: From the living room with an open kitchen and terrace, you have a wonderful panorama view of the sea, the village, and the mountains.
• Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped.
• Swimming Pool: The large 10x4m infinity pool is open for all guests (maximum 8 other guests) of the Psarea Villas resort.
• Cleaning Service: Cleaning of the villa including changing of bed linen will be done once a week (100 € per week).
• CO2 Tax: The Greek government charges €10 per accommodation and night as a climate tax which is included in the rent.
• CO2 Contribution: We would be happy about your donation to the Cretan nature conservation group “Archelon”, caring about sea turtles or to the tropical rain forest conservation group Tropica Verde.

Price

The prices include €10 per day (per accommodation) in climate taxes.
Final cleaning fee: €100.
A refundable deposit of €200 will be charged in advance and refunded after the final cleaning, minus any damages if applicable.
