About Villa Koralli
“Villa Koralli“ is a comfortable and luxury holiday home for 4-5 guests within our Psarea resort. The villa and the resort are constructed barrier free. From the terrace and from the balcony there is an amazing view on the Lybian sea, the mountain range of the Psiloritis, and the village Kamilari. Our 500 years old olive tree in the middle of the resort will be happy to spend shadow. In case that the South Crete sun will be too hot you may refresh in the large infinity swimming pool (10×4 m). The fully equipped open kitchen with dining-/ living room invites to celebrate cooking and dining together. Two sleeping rooms with double beds and individual bath rooms are located on the first floor. A strong and stable WLAN allows you to work undisturbed in seperated small working spaces. A barrier free sleeping room with individual bath room is located on the ground floor with direct access to the kitchen and living room.

- Living Room: From the living room with an open kitchen and terrace, you have a wonderful panorama view of the sea, the village, and the mountains.
- Kitchen: Fully equipped.
- Accessibility: The ground floor, including the terrace, kitchen, sleeping room, and bathroom of Villa Koralli, is entirely barrier-free.
- Swimming Pool: Large 10x4m infinity pool open for all guests (maximum 8 other guests) of the Psarea Villas resort.
- Cleaning Service: Cleaning of the villa including changing of bed linen will be done once a week (100 € per week).
- CO2 Tax: The Greek government charges €10 per accommodation and night as a climate tax which is included in the rent.
- CO2 Contribution: We would be happy about your donation to the Cretan nature conservation group “Archelon”, caring about sea turtles or to the tropical rain forest conservation group Tropica Verde.

The prices include €10 per day (per accommodation) in climate taxes.
Final cleaning fee: €100.
A refundable deposit of €200 will be charged in advance and refunded after the final cleaning, minus any damages if applicable.
