About Psarea Villas

Psarea Villas is a comfortable complex in Kamilari with 3-5 houses, ideal for retreats, workshops, seminars, courses of all kinds, and family celebrations (up to 30 guests). The village-adjacent, accessible facility with a central 10×4 m swimming pool is surrounded by olive groves and offers wonderful views of the sea, the mountain village of Kamilari, and the often snow-capped Psiloritis mountain range. The romantic center of Kamilari with its traditional taverns is just a few steps away. The two houses, “Sardella” (4 guests) and “Villa Koralli” (4-6 guests), are located close to the relaxing area with the swimming pool and the “Loft Achinos”, an event terrace (6×10 m) with lounge area, and an outdoor kitchen (equipped for cooking classes), as well as the industrial-style event space “The Hall” with modern presentation technology. A strong and stable Wi-Fi connection enables efficient work throughout the complex. Optionally, “The Hall,” “Loft Achinos,” and the adjoining houses “Villa Ola masi” (6 guests) and “Villa Karpousi” (6 guests) can be booked separately. The houses “Villa Ola masi” and “Villa Karpousi” each have their own swimming pool and can also be accessed via a separate entrance. All houses are equipped with spacious kitchens and provide space for your individual stay. All rooms in the Psarea complex are energy-efficient and climate-controlled, making them excellent for both summer and winter events or private stays (vacation and/or work).

The detailed information outlined below related to capacity, equipment, availability, prices etc. refer to the core of the Psarea resort (Villa Sardella, Villa Koralli, Loft Achinos with large terrace and outdoor kitchen, “Sundowner-Roofterrace” with hammocks, relaxing area with swimming pool; own parking area). Should you wish to book the event room “The Hall” we will make you an offer accordng to your specific needs.

• Living Room: From the living room with an open kitchen and terrace, you have a wonderful panorama view of the sea, the village, and the mountains.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped.
• CO2 Tax: The Greek government charges €10 per accommodation and night as a climate tax.
• CO2 Contribution: We would be happy about your donation to the Cretan nature conservation group “Archelon”, caring about sea turtles or tropical rain forest conservation group Tropica Verde.
• For your events: Ideal for weddings, Family meetings and other celebrations. In case of larger groups, Psarea Villas may be combined with other directly adjacent Villas (e.g. Villa Ola Masi and Villa Karpousi). Contact us.
• Accessibility: The ground floor, including the terrace, kitchen, sleeping room, and bathroom of Villa Koralli, is entirely barrier-free.
• Swimming Pool: Large 10x4m infinity pool open for all guests (maximum 8 other guests) of the Psarea Villas resort.
• Cleaning Service: Cleaning will be done once a week (more frequent cleaning may be requested) and will be charged separately.

Price

The prices include €10 per day (per accommodation) in climate taxes.
Final cleaning fee: €300.
A refundable deposit of €200 will be charged in advance and refunded after the final cleaning, minus any damages if applicable.
