About Achinos
The house Achinos is a “Loft-Apartment” comprising two bedrooms (four guests), two bath rooms and a small kitchen. The luxury open bed room/ living room area with a large dining table allows a 180° view on Kamilari, zhe mountains, and the sea. From the Loft-Apartment there is direct access to the huge terrace with outdoor kitchen, to the swimming pool area and to the roof terrace,
Achinos is the perfect location for any kind of family celebration, for events, or simply for relaxing. The fully equipped outdoor kitchen with large working spaces, barbecue, electric hotplates invites you to cook and eat in a nice atmosphere private or in cooking event groups.
On the top of the Loft-Apartment a roof terrace with wooden pergola provides a spectaculous view to the sea, the village, and the surrounding mountains. Equipped with several lounge spaces, hammocks, and a hanging seat this is the ideal location for sunrises, sunsets, stargazing or simply for relaxing in a fresh breeze. After the Sundowner-Aperitif you may go down to have dinner outside on the terrace…or first jump into the pool…?

- Living Room: The Loft offers a wonderful 360° sea and mountain view.
- Kitchen: Well-equipped, suitable for winter cooking activities.
- CO2 Tax: The Greek government charges €10 per accommodation/night as a climate tax.
- CO2 Contribution: We would be happy about your donation to the Cretan nature conservation group “Archelon”, caring about sea turtles or to the tropical rain forest conservation group Tropica Verde.
- For your events: Ideal for weddings, Family meetings and other celebrations. In case of larger groups, Villa Sardella may be combined with other parts of Psarea Villas and the directly adjacent Villas (e.g. Villa Ola Masi and Villa Karpousi). Contact us.
- Swimming Pool: 10x4m infinity pool, shared with all Psarea Villas guests.
- Cleaning Service: Weekly cleaning with linen change, charged separately.

The prices include €10 per day (per accommodation) in climate taxes.
Final cleaning fee: €100.
A refundable deposit of €200 will be charged in advance and refunded after the final cleaning, minus any damages if applicable.
