  • Do you accept pets?
    Pets are not allowed at Psarea Villas.

  • Are your amenities Disabled access friendly?
    The villas are designed with accessibility in mind. However, for specific accessibility features, please contact us directly to ensure we can accommodate your needs.

  • How many months in advance do you recommend me to book?
    To ensure availability, especially during peak seasons, we recommend booking several months in advance.

  • Do you offer long-term site rental?
    Long-term rentals are available. Please contact us for more details and to discuss your specific requirements.


 

How to reach us

Directions

The Psarea Villas are located in Kamilari, Crete, Greece—a charming village offering tranquility and stunning landscapes. There are multiple ways to reach us, depending on your preferred mode of travel.

  • By plane: Crete has two major airports: Heraklion International Airport (HER) and Chania International Airport (CHQ). Heraklion Airport is the closest, approximately 65 km (1 hour) from Kamilari. Chania Airport is about 140 km (2 hours) away. From the airport, you can reach us by bus, taxi, or rental car.

  • By bus: Crete’s public transportation is operated by KTEL Buses. Regular routes connect Heraklion to nearby towns, including Mires and Tymbaki, from where you can take a taxi to Kamilari. The bus schedules can be found on the official KTEL Heraklion–Lasithi website.

  • By taxi: Taxis are readily available at both airports and in major towns. A direct taxi from Heraklion to Kamilari takes about 1 hour, while from Chania, it takes around 2 hours. You can pre-book a taxi for convenience.

  • By rental car: Renting a car is a great option to explore Crete at your own pace. Major car rental agencies operate at both airports and in city centers. The drive from Heraklion to Kamilari is scenic, passing through traditional villages and beautiful landscapes. Follow the National Road towards Mires and then continue to Kamilari.
